About the Role
You will design compliance dashboards, test financial-crime controls, and develop data-driven risk controls. You will automate compliance workflows using AI, LLMs, APIs, and workflow tools; analyze financial datasets; and translate regulatory requirements into technical specifications.
Requirements
- Degree or advanced enrollment in a relevant analytical, technical, financial, legal, or regulatory field
- Strong SQL and structured-data analysis experience
- Experience with dashboarding tools
- Knowledge of process automation, AI agents, or LLM workflows is advantageous
- Familiarity with anti-financial-crime controls and risk scoring
- Excellent English
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain AFC compliance dashboards and monitoring tools
- Test and assess AML, CTF, sanctions, and transaction-monitoring controls
- Develop data-driven compliance controls
- Automate compliance investigations, data extraction, and routine decisioning
- Query financial datasets to identify risk insights and transactional patterns
- Translate regulatory requirements into technical specifications
