About the Role

You will provide advanced financial analysis and portfolio monitoring for a servicing portfolio. You will maintain profit-and-loss and valuation models, build performance dashboards, forecast revenue and costs, monitor compliance, and prepare reporting for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of mortgage FP&A, servicing analytics, or portfolio-analysis experience.
• Understanding of MSR economics, delinquency modeling, advance mechanics, and servicing cost structures.
• Experience with servicing systems such as MSP, Sagent, or LoanServ.
• Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex workloads under strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance servicing profit-and-loss models.
• Support mortgage servicing rights valuation models.
• Build dashboards for portfolio performance, delinquency, modification, foreclosure, and collections metrics.
• Forecast servicing revenue, default expenses, foreclosure timelines, claim recoveries, and REO performance.
• Provide financial analysis, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring.
• Model escrow balances, interest earnings, advance recoverability, and servicing cost allocations.
• Contribute financial insights to operational efficiency initiatives.
• Prepare monthly business-review decks, variance analysis, margin analytics, and operational KPIs.
