About the Role
You will lead the design and development of high-performance aircraft structural components from concept through production release. You will work across functions to ensure structural integrity, manufacturability, and system integration for composite and metallic airframes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of aircraft structural design or related aerospace structures experience
- Team leadership experience
- Experience designing and releasing structural components
- Knowledge of composite and metallic structures, fasteners, bonded joints, and load paths
