About the Role
You will work at the intersection of traditional accounting and digital assets. You will advise clients and financial institutions from early strategy through implementation, translate technical accounting challenges into clear guidance and documentation, and provide training and ongoing support. You will collaborate closely with product to ensure solutions reflect practical accounting requirements and be the internal go-to for complex accounting questions.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of accounting experience, ideally including audit or consulting
- Interest in crypto and digital assets
- Ability to explain complex topics simply
- Ability to work across teams and manage ambiguous projects
- CPA is a plus
- Experience at Big Four or midsize firm or finance role at a crypto company is desirable
Responsibilities
- Monitor developments in digital asset accounting and interpret regulations and standards
- Explain complex accounting topics clearly through documentation and guidance
- Advise financial institutions from strategy to implementation for digital asset accounting
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure solutions reflect practical accounting requirements
- Train, onboard, and support accounting partners in using Cryptio
- Provide expert accounting support to internal teams on complex queries
