About the Role

You will join a fast-moving legal and compliance environment where you can gain hands-on experience with a cutting-edge fintech company. You will help manage internal records and legal documentation, support the organization and archiving of legal documents and reports, and assist in responding to official requests and legal inquiries under supervision. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation processing, and you will use AI tools and automation platforms to streamline legal and administrative workflows. You will also participate in training sessions to build a foundational understanding of legal operations and fintech regulations, all while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in high school or a technical/professional education program, meeting the criteria for an apprenticeship
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Interest in technology, automation, and AI-driven workflows
  • Basic proficiency in digital tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and willingness to learn legal tech platforms
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about fintech, compliance, and legal processes
  • Advanced/Fluent English

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and updating internal records and legal documentation in compliance systems
  • Support the registration, organization, and archiving of legal documents and reports
  • Aid in responding to official requests, notifications, and legal inquiries under supervision
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation processing
  • Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to streamline legal and administrative workflows
  • Participate in training sessions to develop a foundational understanding of legal operations and fintech regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
