About the Role
You will lead creative strategy and asset production for performance advertising on Meta, Google, and TikTok. You will use campaign data to improve CTR, CVR, and ROI; translate finance and crypto propositions into ad messaging; manage vendors; monitor competitor trends; and coordinate concepts through launch with media buying, design, and product teams.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in performance advertising creative strategy and production
- Knowledge of finance and familiarity with the crypto or digital asset industry
- Vendor sourcing, vetting, and project management skills
- English proficiency for day-to-day communication and copywriting
- Ability to work with cross-regional teams
- Ability to adjust creative hypotheses using campaign feedback
- Creative storytelling and scriptwriting skills
- Strong bilingual English and Mandarin ability
Responsibilities
- Lead creative strategy and asset production for performance advertising across Meta, Google, and TikTok
- Iterate creative direction using campaign data and conversion performance to improve CTR, CVR, and ROI
- Translate finance and crypto product propositions into compelling advertising messaging
- Manage creative agencies, production teams, and influencers while controlling quality, timelines, and costs
- Track industry and competitor creative trends to develop differentiated asset strategies
- Collaborate with media buying, design, and product teams from concept through launch
