About the Role

You will oversee internal financial and operational processes across the United States and India. You will manage payroll and employee compensation, administer ESOP programs, support budgeting and financial reporting, manage vendors and contracts, and ensure financial, legal, and regulatory compliance. You will also provide financial guidance to internal stakeholders, manage payments, and improve operational workflows and controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, operations, or a similar global role.
  • Understanding of payroll, compliance, and financial operations in the United States and India.
  • Experience managing vendors, contracts, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Advanced Excel.
  • Experience with payroll, HRMS, and ESOP management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in the United States and India.
  • Ensure accurate salary disbursement, tax deductions, and statutory compliance.
  • Coordinate with external payroll vendors and the internal HR team.
  • Respond to employee payroll and taxation queries.
  • Oversee ESOP grants, vesting schedules, reporting, and employee queries.
  • Maintain ESOP records and ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Monitor operational expenses and budget adherence.
  • Assist with financial reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain payroll, FAR, and internal compliance registers.
  • Manage vendor onboarding, evaluation, performance tracking, databases, and documentation.
  • Draft, review, and manage vendor and service-provider contracts.
  • Track contract renewals, expirations, and obligations.
  • Provide financial analysis and guidance to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with department heads to optimize cost structures.
  • Ensure financial, legal, and regulatory compliance in the United States and India.
  • Manage payments for vendors, operations, and staff welfare.
  • Improve operational workflows and internal controls.
