About the Role
You will own the month-end close and consolidation process for US, Swedish, and UK entities under US GAAP. You will build automated reconciliation, flux-analysis, and journal-entry workflows while maintaining audit-ready controls, evidence, documentation, and policies. You will support external and statutory audits, partner with finance systems and FP&A stakeholders, and coach accountants on quality and ownership.

Responsibilities
- Own the month-end close and consolidation process across US, Swedish, and UK entities under US GAAP
- Run the close calendar and shorten it through automation
- Build or direct automated reconciliations, flux analysis, and journal-entry workflows
- Design controls, review steps, and evidence trails for audit readiness
- Support external audits, including PBC requests, walkthroughs, reconciliations, and audit adjustments
- Assist with UK and Swedish statutory audits
- Maintain close documentation and policies
- Partner with Order-to-Cash, Financial Systems, Data, and FP&A to ensure systems reconcile
- Coach accountants and improve quality and ownership
