About the Role
You will manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and prepare disclosure-related documents. You will implement accounting systems, improve accounting processes, work with HR and labor colleagues, support business units from financial and accounting perspectives, and coordinate with the audit firm on submitted materials and inquiries.
Requirements
- 3+ years of accounting experience in a corporate accounting department or accounting firm
- Experience handling the end-to-end accounting process
- Business-level Japanese communication and ability to understand business documents
