About the Role
You will handle day to day bookkeeping for the entities under responsibility in the ERP system. You will manage the approval flow of all invoices through the procurement system. You will check intercompany balances. You will ensure that all relevant agreements are in place before processing any payment. You will ensure accuracy of accounts payable and communicate with suppliers as needed. You will propose and initiate improvements in the ERP as needed. You will monitor supplier costs and report variances over the period. You will execute payments in line with Group payment dates. You will file all bills bank statements receipts and agreements. You will build monthly cash planning and ensure that monthly plan is followed. You will update the payment reports for suppliers with classification by cost nature. You will contribute to ad hoc projects.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of accounting experience
- Native or near native German language skills
- Experience using ERP systems
- Business Central knowledge is an advantage
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organized and reliable
- Excellent English skills
- Good knowledge of Excel
- BSc or MSc in finance accounting or a relevant field
