About the Role
You will review account-opening applications and customer documents, process account updates, resolve escalations, and complete daily maintenance requests. You will work with internal partners to troubleshoot complex account issues, identify process improvements, communicate account-opening expertise, and use AI tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.

- Review operational escalations from vendors and internal employees
- Review customer documents and process customer account changes

- Perform daily account maintenance and troubleshoot complex account issues
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
