About the Role

You will investigate and remediate urgent fraud and product-abuse incidents, including account takeovers and card testing. You will analyze high-risk accounts, identify root causes, improve response tooling and processes, and help build agentic solutions for responding to abuse at scale. You will communicate risk findings with security, fraud, data science, legal, and policy partners, while leading projects, mentoring colleagues, and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of incident-response experience in security, product abuse, or trust domains
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing large datasets or building behavioral fraud-detection models
  • Expert knowledge of Python and SQL
  • Experience with log analysis, network security, digital forensics, and incident-response investigations
  • Ability to communicate results clearly and focus on impact
  • Ability to reduce risk in a complex environment

Responsibilities

  • Investigate, mitigate, and remediate urgent fraud incidents
  • Analyze high-risk accounts and classify fraud vectors using FT3
  • Lead incident root cause analyses and drive system and process improvements
  • Streamline incident-response tooling and processes
  • Build agentic solutions for abuse-incident response with cross-functional partners
  • Communicate risks and mitigation approaches with legal and policy partners
  • Lead projects, mentor colleagues, and champion quality standards
