About the Role
You will support advisory, structuring, and execution work for private capital transactions. You will gain exposure to GP-led secondary-market solutions, including continuation vehicles, tender offers, preferred equity solutions, NAV loans, and GP stake sales. You will work with professionals across the firm to deliver high-quality client advice.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in a four-year undergraduate college or university with a graduation date between December 2026 and July 2027
