About the Role

You will lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday solutions supporting HR and payroll processes. You will configure Workday modules, architect business processes and security, develop advanced reports, maintain data quality and audit readiness, lead testing for releases, resolve complex system issues, and mentor users and team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of Workday analyst or configuration experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Workday security, business processes, reporting, and calculated fields
  • Ability to independently select methods for complex assignments
  • Workday certifications in Payroll, Absence, HCM, Benefits, Time Tracking, or Reporting
  • Experience in HR, payroll, benefits, or related domains
  • Agile experience
  • Experience mentoring junior team members

Responsibilities

  • Configure Workday modules
  • Architect Workday business processes, calculated fields, condition rules, and security roles
  • Evaluate and adopt Workday release features
  • Develop advanced Workday reports
  • Maintain Workday data quality and integrity
  • Maintain audit readiness through reporting and controls
  • Design test strategies and coordinate UAT
  • Lead regression and functional testing
  • Advise stakeholders on complex Workday matters
  • Diagnose and resolve complex Workday issues
  • Develop scalable solutions to prevent recurring issues
  • Mentor team members and key users
  • Serve as a Workday subject matter authority
