About the Role

Coordinate daily production work, assignments, coverage, and status reporting. Lead safety and quality oversight, train and coach technicians, and complete hands-on wiring and assembly work. Interpret electrical drawings, manage cable terminations and material levels, and coordinate with engineers on manufacturing standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in electronic assembly or as an electrician’s apprentice
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Understanding of basic electronic and electrical theory
• Mechanical aptitude for assembly and troubleshooting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work for extended periods
• Ability to pass a background check and participate in a drug and alcohol program

Responsibilities

• Communicate production schedules, material shortages, priorities, assignments, and coverage plans
• Report team status and production constraints to the Senior Supervisor
• Oversee safety and quality compliance
• Train and coach team members on project tasks
• Perform wiring, assembly, drilling, tapping, crimping, and wire preparation
• Read electrical manufacturing drawings and HPI drawings
• Manage cable sizing, ferrules, crimps, and terminations
• Liaise with engineers and project team members on standards and procedures
• Install field cabling, conduit, cable trays, trunking, and field devices
• Maintain sufficient material levels
