About the Role
Build and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js or NestJS, integrate with blockchains through Web3.js or Ethers.js, design NoSQL schemas in MongoDB, develop REST and GraphQL APIs, containerize services with Docker, deploy and monitor infrastructure, and collaborate with frontend and smart contract teams.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Node.js or NestJS with experience building scalable applications
- Experience with Web3.js or Ethers.js for blockchain interaction
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and NoSQL schema design
- Knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose for service deployment
- Proficiency with Git and collaboration platforms such as GitHub or GitLab
- Intermediate English communication skills
- Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City; onsite only, no remote work
- 2–5 years of backend development experience
- Experience developing trading systems or financial products is a plus
Responsibilities

- Collaborate using Git and platforms such as GitHub or GitLab in an agile environment
