About the Role
Lead the web development process for a web-first, high-performance trading product. Design and build features using React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS, own work from inception through deployment, improve developer tools and platforms, collaborate with design and product partners, and maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and reviews.
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-time professional experience with modern Web standards, technologies, and frameworks
- Skilled at writing and efficiently debugging JavaScript in Node and browser environments
- Experience with React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS
- Track record of leading projects and delivering large-scope technical projects at scale
- High standard for code quality, testing best practices, and improving code review processes
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, performant products using React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS
- Own and drive features from inception and design to implementation and launch
- Build and improve tools to support operations and internal platforms
- Collaborate with design and product experts to rapidly iterate and ship financial products
- Build frameworks and abstractions to accelerate and empower other developers
