About the Role
You will build performant, polished, and usable interfaces. You will lead the design and implementation of complex projects, help shape technical direction, improve engineering processes and tools, and uphold high UX standards. You will also recruit, interview, and mentor less experienced engineers and interns.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of frontend engineering experience preferred.
- JavaScript and React proficiency.
- Experience shipping high-quality products and scaling projects.
- Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build frontend products and interfaces.
- Lead the design of performant, beautiful, and usable interfaces.
- Lead technical discussions and implementation for complex projects.
- Improve engineering processes, tools, systems, codebase scalability, and productivity.
- Recruit and interview candidates.
- Mentor less experienced engineers and interns.
