About the Role
You will oversee international warehouse operations through third-party providers, manage inventory and chain of custody, and coordinate domestic and international freight. You will manage vendor performance, align deliveries with site readiness, operate reverse logistics, document and train on procedures, maintain regulatory compliance, and improve operational metrics and capacity plans.
Requirements
- Experience managing warehouse or logistics operations for physical goods
- Experience with warehouse or inventory management systems
- Experience analyzing inventory and shipment data in spreadsheets
- Experience managing third-party logistics providers or carriers
- Knowledge of domestic freight and associated documentation
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements for IT or electronic equipment shipping and storage
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build scalable, reliable operational processes
- Ability to travel to warehouse and data center sites in the US
Responsibilities
- Oversee international warehouse operations through third-party logistics providers
- Manage inventory accuracy and asset tracking with clear chain of custody
- Plan domestic freight and coordinate international shipments
- Manage logistics providers, carriers, and freight forwarders
- Coordinate delivery schedules with data center operations, engineering, procurement, and security
- Operate reverse logistics for returns, RMAs, and end-of-life equipment
- Build procedures, checklists, and controls and train warehouse staff and vendors
- Maintain safety, hazardous materials, export control, and customs compliance
- Report operational metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Support warehouse capacity planning for space, staffing, and equipment
