About the Role
You will design, implement, and optimize market-making and quantitative trading strategies for crypto markets. You will collaborate with traders, quants, and developers to translate strategies into efficient code, integrate and validate data sources, and monitor and troubleshoot live trading systems. You will optimize systems for speed, reliability, and scalability, contribute to process and tool improvements, and leverage AI tools to increase productivity and decision making.
Requirements
- Experience working in algorithmic trading environments in Java
- Strong programming skills in Java
- Knowledge of tick data analytics
- Real-time market data processing
- Familiarity with cloud-based market access or hybrid deployments
- Proven experience developing and implementing quantitative models and trading algorithms
- Experience with high-frequency and low-latency trading systems
- Experience working on an FX or cryptocurrency trading desk
- Experience integrating and executing strategies on DeFi platforms (Solana, Ethereum)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain high-performance trading algorithms and models for crypto markets
