About the Role
You will lead the trading product vertical, set product strategy and roadmaps, prioritize features, and coordinate resources to deliver product outcomes. You will mentor and grow product managers, oversee the full product lifecycle from conception to launch, manage the backlog, and work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing. You will apply project management practices, collaborate on API integrations, and use market knowledge of cryptocurrency, payments, and financial infrastructure to inform product decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Product Management with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in FinTech, trading systems, blockchain, or financial markets
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and present to executive management
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, particularly Jira
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to write SQL queries
- Experience with testing and integrating to APIs
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers
- Oversee all stages of the product life cycle from conception through launch
- Lead cross-functional teams to translate business needs into product requirements
- Maintain a deep understanding of cryptocurrency, payments, and financial infrastructure markets
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap
- Provide project management subject matter expertise and support for large programs
