About the Role
You will train capable policies from pre-training through deployment. You will post-train policies with behaviour cloning and reinforcement learning, guide data collection, work with external data partners, run VLA training, maintain data pipelines, curate datasets, surface failure cases, scale distributed training, and optimize models for real-time edge inference.
Requirements
- 3+ years building deep-learning systems
- Experience with LLMs, VLMs, or image/video generative models
- Deep learning infrastructure experience
- Python
- PyTorch or JAX
- Modern software engineering practices
- Experiment documentation and communication
Responsibilities
- Post-train policies through behaviour cloning and reinforcement learning
- Drive data collection requirements, failure-mode identification, diversity, and coverage
- Work with external partners to secure high-quality pretraining data
- Run pre-training, mid-training, and post-training on the VLA stack
- Build and maintain data ingestion, versioning, labelling, curation, and retraining pipelines
- Scale distributed training and optimize models for real-time edge inference
