About the Role
You will lead the development, governance, deployment, and enhancement of liquidity analytics models and infrastructure. You will manage the analytics product lifecycle, validate analytical outputs, translate client needs into scalable solutions, improve processes through automation, and mentor junior colleagues.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience leading financial risk, liquidity, or analytics products
- Requirements definition, deployment, and release management experience
- Cross-functional leadership
- Knowledge of finance, statistics, econometrics, or mathematics
- Linux

- Communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, governance, deployment, and enhancement of liquidity analytics models and infrastructure
- Drive the analytics product lifecycle and production deployment
- Translate business and client needs into product requirements and scalable analytics solutions
- Conduct analytical validation and investigations
- Communicate model capabilities and address complex client questions
- Improve efficiency through automation and maintain documentation of models, processes, and controls
- Mentor and develop junior team members
