About the Role
You will perform V-BAT flight operations, testing, training, demonstrations, and maintenance in CONUS and OCONUS environments. Depending on your assignment, you may support deployments, instruct operators, conduct flight testing, provide technical support, or contribute to research and development.
Requirements
- Work independently and lead in a small-team environment, including austere locations
- Pass a background check and drug screening
- Pass customer-required medical and dental screenings
- Be eligible to possess a Secret DoD security clearance
Responsibilities
- Perform flight operations, testing, training, demonstrations, and maintenance for V-BAT systems
- Support maritime and land-based OCONUS deployments
- Develop and teach V-BAT instruction programs
- Develop and deliver V-BAT programs of instruction
- Maintain flight-operation standardization and conduct evaluations
- Perform flight demonstrations for potential customers
- Test newly produced V-BAT systems to support quality control and fleet readiness
- Perform research and development flights
- Provide advanced troubleshooting support and develop support documentation
- Execute integration, ground, and flight tests with engineering teams
- Develop training materials, procedures, and technical documentation
