About the Role
You will design and conduct resonance, concept-validation, and usability studies for robotics interfaces and software. You will gather qualitative and quantitative user insights through interviews, surveys, and observations. You will analyze findings, communicate actionable recommendations, collaborate with product and engineering partners, and advocate for user-centered and accessible experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional UX research experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, Anthropology, or a related field
- Proficiency in resonance testing, concept validation, and usability testing
- Experience with Miro, UserTesting, Lookback, or similar research platforms
- Familiarity with Excel, SPSS, or Tableau
- Analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Understanding of accessibility standards such as WCAG preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client and customer locations
