About the Role

You will support creator and user operations through content moderation, appeals, and policy enforcement. You will investigate escalated reports, respond to user inquiries and feedback, help resolve moderation and technical issues, collaborate on policy improvements, and research current events relevant to content policy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in trust and safety or community management, including UGC moderation
  • Native-level proficiency in Thai, Indonesian, or Traditional Chinese
  • Experience with Zendesk or other helpdesk software, Airtable, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to understand and analyze complex cases
  • Interest in content policy, compliance, or internet governance
  • Experience working in a multicultural company

Responsibilities

  • Review and investigate escalated reports and appeals of potential policy violations
  • Conduct objective, fair, thorough, evidence-based, unbiased, and timely investigations into reported content
  • Support the resolution of issues reported by moderation teams
  • Respond to incoming user inquiries, complaints, feedback, and reports
  • Work with other departments to track and resolve bugs and technical issues
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and refine policies that improve the creator and reader experience
  • Keep up to date on current events and assist with policy research and analysis
