About the Role

You will perform daily trading operations including expiration processing and account-level risk management. You will identify inefficiencies and build scalable solutions using AI tools SQL and automation. You will handle complex cases collaborate with Product Engineering Compliance and Customer Experience, test trading products, and support risk reviews reconciliations data analysis and regulatory inquiries.

Requirements

Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses or equivalent
Active FINRA Series 4 license
Familiarity with Robinhood’s Options Onboarding process
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Expertise in options equities and margin
Flexibility to work outside regular hours
Ability to work autonomously multitask and prioritize
SQL Python or AI tooling experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform expiration processing and account-level risk management
Identify process inefficiencies and design improvements
Implement scalable solutions using AI tools SQL and automation
Handle complex cases and escalate appropriately
Partner with Product Engineering Compliance and Customer Experience teams
Test trading product functionality
Drive process improvements across team boundaries
Support out-of-hours responsibilities across multiple time zones
Build and refine AI-assisted operational workflows
Promote adoption of automation tools across the desk
