About the Role
You analyze DeFi projects, particularly the Morpho ecosystem, and design Vault strategies. You rebalance Vaults, manage risk, develop automation bots, monitor yields, support data-driven decisions, review smart contracts to detect and address issues, collect Web3 metrics, and build dashboards.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of and enthusiasm for cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystems
- Ability to understand the basic structure of Solidity contracts and analyze code
- Ability to write Web3 scripts using Python or JavaScript
- Logical analytical ability based on data-driven thinking
- Ability to read technical documents in English
- Solidity development and contract deployment experience is preferred
- Experience using major DeFi protocols such as Morpho or Aave is preferred
- Experience using on-chain data analysis tools such as Dune or Arkham is preferred
- On-chain data analysis experience on non-EVM chains such as Solana or Sui is preferred
- Risk management or DAO operations experience is preferred
- Business-level spoken English is preferred
