About the Role

You will improve and build core trading infrastructure to land transactions quickly in competitive environments, mitigate MEV, and optimize swap execution. You will design and implement routers and cross-chain solvers, overhaul transaction landing systems, build gas sponsorship infrastructure, and implement cross-chain limit orders. Work will be in-person in NYC.

Requirements

• Staff+ level engineer with 6+ years experience
• Able to independently create and execute technical plans
• Deep understanding of landing transactions in competitive environments
• Deep experience on Solana or equivalent experience in other ecosystems
• Interest in multichain systems

Responsibilities

• Design and build transaction routers
• Develop cross-chain solvers
• Overhaul transaction landing infrastructure
• Build gas sponsorship infrastructure
• Implement cross-chain limit orders
• Optimize swap routing and execution
• Prevent MEV and reduce transaction latency
