About the Role
You will support release changes and deployments, troubleshoot trading-desk issues, and escalate issues when needed. You will review logs, tune monitoring tools, automate tasks with scripts, and help implement AI-driven log analysis, anomaly detection, and proactive monitoring.
Requirements
- Currently enroll in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Information Technology or a similar field
- Have experience with troubleshooting, documentation, basic networking concepts, and Windows OS
- Have scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, or Bash
- Understand artificial intelligence concepts
Responsibilities
- Support change releases and deployments and escalate issues when necessary
- Troubleshoot issues on trading desks
- Review log files, identify common application issues, and propose solutions
- Manage and tune monitoring tools to prioritize alerts
- Develop scripts to automate tasks
- Use generative AI and LLMs to accelerate script development and troubleshooting
- Assist with AI-driven log analysis, anomaly detection, and proactive system monitoring
