About the Role

You will be at the forefront of architecting, integrating, and evolving our Temenos ecosystem to power next-generation payments and banking services. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, guide technical teams, and leverage AI-driven insights to optimize performance, scalability, and compliance. You will define best practices, drive end-to-end delivery of complex configurations, and ensure our Temenos solutions stay ahead of business demands and regulatory changes. From enabling intelligent automation in transaction flows to enhancing data-driven decision-making, your leadership will ensure our systems operate with precision, resilience, and innovation. You will lead the transformation of our Temenos ecosystem into an AI-native, self-optimizing core that can adapt to market shifts and regulatory changes in real time. You will craft and execute a forward-looking architecture strategy that makes annual Temenos upgrades nearly effortless, design AI-enabled monitoring and automation pipelines, and drive integration of Temenos with real-time data streams, external fintech ecosystems, and predictive analytics engines. You will guide technical teams and work closely with business and regulatory stakeholders to ensure every enhancement, integration, and upgrade advances a resilient, agile core banking platform.

Requirements

• 6+ years in the Temenos environment, with roles such as Senior Product Engineer or similar
• Proven experience in leading technical projects and teams
• Advanced knowledge of Temenos Transact (T24) modules, including AA, TPH, Product Builder, Integration Framework, DSF, and Design Studio
• Strong understanding of databases (Oracle/MSSQL/PostgreSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS)
• Expertise in event-driven architecture and API integrations
• Solid understanding of payment standards and interfaces, including SWIFT, SEPA, TARGET, BACS, CHAPS, and FPS
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on delivering innovative solutions
• Excellent communication and the ability to manage and inspire technical teams
• Experience in the banking, credit card, or payment industry preferred
• Familiarity with data migration and Temenos Data Hub preferred
• Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence and SCRUM/Agile methodologies preferred

Responsibilities

• Implement and customize Temenos Transact (T24) modules based on business requirements
• Translate complex business requirements into technical designs and actionable implementation plans
• Oversee the configuration, deployment, and CI/CD processes for Temenos Transact (T24) modules
• Ensure seamless integration with external systems using modern architecture practices
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance system performance and reliability
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives
• Ensure adherence to payment standards (SWIFT, SEPA, TARGET) and implement best practices for security and reliability
