You will improve technical hiring and talent development by designing assessments, developing training programs, delivering workshops and coaching, integrating software development and AI practices, and using performance analysis and feedback to improve curricula.
Requirements
- Substantial hands-on software engineering experience
- Strong technical depth
- Experience mentoring, teaching, coaching, or developing engineers
- Experience with training, curriculum design, or technical assessments
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience designing technical assessments or interview processes is a plus
- Familiarity with agentic development, adult learning principles, or instructional design is a plus
- Exposure to high-performance, low-latency, or trading systems is a plus
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technical interview assessments
- Develop and lead technical training programs
- Deliver workshops, coding labs, simulations, and coaching
- Integrate software development and AI practices into training and assessment
- Partner with engineering and recruiting teams
- Improve assessments and curricula through performance analysis and feedback
- Identify opportunities to improve engineering quality
