About the Role
Deliver hands-on technical training for electrical and wiring work, sheet metal fabrication, powder coating, and modular data center assembly. Analyze training needs, create learning paths and materials, maintain training records, assess skills, support certifications and onboarding, measure program effectiveness, and collaborate with manufacturing and corporate teams.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing or production experience.
- Fabrication, electrical assembly, or related experience.
- Proven technical training experience.
- Ability to conduct training needs analysis.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop sustainable, scalable training programs.
- Ability to instruct employees at all development levels.
- Learning management system experience is a bonus.
- Training or technical certifications are a bonus.
- TWI Job Instruction methodology experience is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analysis.
- Use TWI Job Instruction methods.
- Develop structured learning paths.
- Train employees on electrical and wiring processes.
- Teach control panel assembly, low-voltage wiring, and termination.
- Instruct employees on sheet metal fabrication, powder coating, and switchgear integration.
- Deliver video tutorials, written manuals, and hands-on exercises.
- Maintain training records, certifications, and completion data.
- Assess employee skills through practical tests.
- Support employee certifications.
- Measure training effectiveness using performance data.
