About the Role
You will provide on-site product support during domestic and international events. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues; work with engineering to resolve problems; perform networking and Linux tasks; and ensure mission readiness.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical operations, field engineering, or robotics/mechatronics
- Mechanical, electrical, and software troubleshooting
- Wired and mesh networking
- Mechanical aptitude
- Linux
- CLI navigation
- Log analysis
- Configuration updates
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Responsibilities
- Act as an on-site product subject matter expert during domestic and international events
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues
- Collaborate with engineering to identify, isolate, and solve problems
- Apply networking knowledge across wired and mesh networks
- Address hardware and system-level challenges
- Perform Linux CLI tasks, including log access and configuration updates
- Ensure mission readiness and provide technical support to program managers and operators
