About the Role
You will provide Level 1 technical support for Windows and Mac platforms, configure mobile devices and accounts, set up laptops and office hardware, test network connectivity, and assist with office layout changes. You will document procedures, resolve minor hardware issues, escalate complex problems, and deliver responsive support to employees, guests, and candidates. This is an in-office role five days per week.
Requirements
- Windows 11 knowledge
- Mac OS X knowledge
- IT troubleshooting experience or exposure to technical support
- Technical support interest
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Responsibilities
- Support office layout changes by moving and reconnecting desks and equipment
- Provide Level 1 troubleshooting for Windows and Mac platforms
- Configure mobile devices, account logins, and applications
- Set up and maintain office hardware and peripherals
- Test network connectivity
- Resolve minor hardware issues
- Collaborate with Level 2 and specialized personnel on complex technical issues
- Maintain and update internal technology support documentation
- Provide technical support to employees, guests, and candidates
- Travel occasionally to other offices
