About the Role

You will own the architecture across the Zama SDK and example apps and make decisions on API design dependency choices code organization and the technical roadmap You will be the depth on wallet custody and EVM and own architectural decisions where the SDK meets signers smart contract wallets account abstraction and the wider EVM tooling ecosystem You will lead strategic technical integrations with ecosystem partners and run POCs debug integration friction and translate learnings into SDK improvements You will raise the bar on code quality and architecture and lead refactors that fix duplication inconsistency and weak abstractions You will treat AI agents as first class consumers shaping API ergonomics types errors and agent facing surfaces You will coach engineers through code reviews RFCs and pairing and you will contribute hands on when senior judgment is needed You will coordinate with cross team colleagues in product and engineering on shared standards dependencies and multi chain plans

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional engineering experience with a track record of technical leadership
• Experience leading a TypeScript heavy SDK or developer facing framework
• Deep wallet and custody plumbing experience including key management transaction signing account abstraction smart contract wallets MPC custody or embedded wallet flows
• Strong fluency in EVM and Solidity
• Daily use of agentic coding tools and a real opinion on how they change SDK and developer tool design
• Comfort working directly with partner engineers debugging integrations live translating constraints and unblocking external teams
• Exceptional communication skills across cryptographers to product engineers to partner stakeholders
