About the Role
You will lead full-stack architecture decisions and build scalable, resilient distributed systems. You will design service architectures, develop Go services and React interfaces, implement testing strategies, optimize performance, and mentor engineers. You will collaborate across product, design, and DevOps on event-driven workflows, cloud infrastructure, and modern web experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack Go and React development
- Deep understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs or gRPC services in Go
- Proficiency in React hooks, context, and state-management libraries
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure; Docker, Kubernetes; and infrastructure as code
- Experience with message brokers and event-streaming platforms
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools
- Understanding of distributed systems concepts including eventual consistency, idempotency, fault tolerance, and retry strategies
- Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to architecture decisions
- Communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work
