About the Role
You will coordinate first-article bring-ups across mechanical, electrical, firmware, and technician disciplines. You will oversee benchtop and on-robot validation, document processes and results, respond to failures, drive root-cause analysis, and improve diagnostics and health checks.
Requirements
- Experience integrating custom mechatronic systems for real products
- Expertise in electrical engineering, firmware, controls, or mechanical engineering
- Communication skills

- Hands-on technical integration experience
Responsibilities
- Coordinate first-article bring-ups across mechanical, electrical, firmware, and technician teams
- Build and oversee benchtop validation
- Plan and execute integration into the full robot stack and on-robot validation
- Develop and maintain integration-process documentation, test plans, and validation results
- Respond to on-robot failures and drive failure analysis and solutions
- Drive diagnostic needs for root-cause analysis and on-robot health checks
