About the Role
You will provide first-line technical support for robotic systems, diagnose hardware and software issues remotely, and guide customers through problem solving. You will document incidents, escalate unresolved issues, improve support tooling and platforms, participate in on-call shifts, and travel to support deployments.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of work experience in robotics and customer-facing roles
- Experience with SSH and Docker
- Python programming and code debugging
- German and English fluency
- Database and SQL knowledge
- Technical troubleshooting
- Customer-facing technical support experience
- Robotics systems familiarity
- Willingness to travel approximately 50-75%
- On-call availability
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for AI robotics systems
- Serve as the primary customer contact for technical support
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues using SSH, Python, and Docker
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams on complex problems
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate specialists
- Provide on-call support during assigned shifts
- Maintain incident, solution, and customer-interaction documentation
- Identify recurring problems and improve products and processes
- Develop platform improvements for ticketing, dashboards, and debugging tools
