About the Role
You will build and configure HiL test environments, integrate vehicle simulation models, and develop automated validation across simulated, bench, and prototype vehicles. You will analyze incomplete requirements, configure vehicle networks, and investigate system-level test failures with engineering teams and OEM partners.
Requirements
- 2+ years of automotive systems validation, embedded systems, or hardware integration experience
- Hands-on experience with dSPACE or Vector hardware and software
- Proficiency in Python for test automation
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for vehicle model development
- Knowledge of CAN, Automotive Ethernet, LIN, FlexRay, ARXML, and K-Matrix
Responsibilities
- Assemble, configure, and initialize dSPACE and Vector HiL test benches, lab cars, and test environments
- Build and integrate vehicle simulation models in MATLAB/Simulink with HiL hardware
- Analyze system requirements and design validation strategies
- Develop Python automation scripts for testing across simulated, bench, and prototype vehicle environments
- Configure vehicle communication networks and assets across CAN, Automotive Ethernet, FlexRay, and LIN
- Perform failure analysis and troubleshoot system-level bugs with engineering teams and OEM partners
