About the Role

You will own owner-furnished equipment delivery from purchase order through site receipt for data center projects. You will integrate equipment milestones with construction schedules, manage supplier and logistics escalations, coordinate site readiness, report delivery risks and KPIs, and protect ready-for-service dates.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of supply chain delivery, equipment expediting, construction management, or infrastructure program management experience
• Experience delivering power or cooling equipment for mission-critical facilities
• Experience managing cross-functional supplier and construction escalations
• Ability to read and influence P6 or MS Project construction schedules
• Tracker and dashboard development skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end OFE delivery plans for assigned sites
• Integrate equipment milestones with construction schedules
• Lead site-level OFE kickoff meetings
• Maintain portfolio equipment-status trackers and risk ratings
• Run weekly delivery cadences with OEMs and integrators
• Escalate factory slips, shortages, FAT failures, and shipping delays
• Drive recovery plans with Sourcing and Engineering
• Hold general contractors accountable for receiving and installation readiness
• Coordinate transportation, permits, crane, and rigging requirements
• Manage staging, storage, receiving inspection, and preservation
• Identify and report portfolio delivery risks
• Lead Capacity Delivery Reviews and track delivery KPIs
