About the Role

You will lead supplier qualification, audits, and performance management for manufactured components and building systems. You will establish quality controls, inspections, and acceptance criteria; own quality metrics; drive corrective actions to closure; and represent supplier quality in leadership and customer reviews.

Requirements

• Experience leading supplier quality across manufacturing and large-scale infrastructure or construction
• Experience managing and growing quality engineering teams
• Experience with supplier qualification, audits, and corrective-action processes
• Knowledge of inspection protocols, root-cause analysis, and corrective action
• Ability to communicate with executives and founders
• Supplier quality experience across hardware manufacturing and construction materials
• Hyperscale or data center supply chain experience
• Six Sigma
• CQE
• Experience building a supplier quality function

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier qualification, audits, and performance management
• Develop and enforce quality control standards, inspection protocols, and acceptance criteria
• Guide procurement, engineering, and construction stakeholders on supplier quality
• Own quality KPIs and metrics
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions to closure
• Represent supplier quality in leadership reviews, executive escalations, and customer business reviews
