About the Role

Oversee electrical system installation, repair, maintenance, and compliance in manufactured buildings. Diagnose electrical problems, develop preventive maintenance programs, interpret schematics and blueprints, manage electrical projects, allocate resources, plan timelines, conduct inspections, mentor electricians, and enforce safety requirements and OSHA guidelines.

Requirements

  • Valid and current Master Electrician license
  • Significant Journeyman and Master Electrician experience
  • Advanced proficiency with electrician tools, techniques, and testing equipment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and train electricians
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of OSHA guidelines
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform lifting, bending, and other physical tasks
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Drug and alcohol program participation
  • Up to 100% travel depending on project needs
  • PLC programming or automation systems experience is a bonus
  • High-voltage systems experience is a bonus
  • NEC knowledge is a bonus
