About the Role

You will own post-onboarding success for strategic and high-ARR customers, acting as their primary technical and operational advisor. You will map complex fund flows, run health checks and business reviews, and guide customers on advanced crypto use cases such as stablecoins, DeFi, token operations, and treasury. You will collaborate with account managers and product and engineering teams to identify expansion opportunities, resolve escalations, and ensure integrations and APIs operate correctly at enterprise scale.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success Solutions Consulting or Technical Account Management
• Expertise in accounting financial operations and reporting
• Experience managing enterprise or high-ARR customers
• Understanding of crypto ecosystems and institutional digital asset workflows
• Experience working with APIs integrations and complex system architectures
• Ability to communicate confidently with technical teams and senior stakeholders
• Consultative advisory approach and experience in multi-stakeholder environments
• Big 4 ERP fintech or crypto-native background (nice to have)
• Experience influencing product roadmaps or shaping best practices at scale (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Own post-onboarding success for strategic and high-ARR customers
• Serve as the primary technical and operational advisor post go-live
• Build and maintain relationships with finance operations and executive stakeholders
• Lead health checks, business reviews, and success planning sessions
• Map complex fund flows and ensure Cryptio remains the central source of financial truth
• Advise on advanced crypto use cases including stablecoins custody DeFi token operations and treasury
• Partner with Account Managers to identify expansion and upsell opportunities
• Act as an escalation point for complex customer and technical challenges
