About the Role

You will administer subcontracts, task orders, purchase orders, and modifications throughout their lifecycle. You will work with program stakeholders and suppliers, conduct cost and price analyses, maintain compliant files, resolve invoicing matters, and close out subcontract records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Contracts Management, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
  • At least 5 years of subcontracts or contracts administration experience in a U.S. government contracting environment
  • Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CPSR, DCMA, and DCAA requirements
  • Experience drafting subcontract terms and conditions, SOWs, RFQs, and binding documents
  • Proficiency with NetSuite and E2 JobBoss
  • Ability to perform cost and price analysis
  • Active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one
  • Eligibility to work in the United States and access export-controlled information
  • U.S. Person status

Responsibilities

  • Develop, prepare, and administer subcontracts, task orders, purchase orders, and modifications
  • Prepare RFQs, perform cost and price analysis, and support source selections
  • Flow down applicable contract clauses, terms, export controls, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain CPSR-compliant subcontract files and source-selection documentation
  • Coordinate with program management, finance, compliance, and subcontractors
  • Monitor supplier certifications, insurance, and contractual compliance
  • Process awards, modifications, and purchase orders in CQ
  • Support proposals, subcontract cost inputs, and small-business subcontracting plans
  • Resolve invoicing issues with Billing
  • Perform subcontract closeouts and transfer files
  • Onboard and manage consultants and contract labor
