About Monad

About the Role
You analyze financial results, track performance against budgets, and provide insights and recommendations to management. You maintain the operating model, perform financial trend analyses, manage cash flow and working capital, oversee expenses and receivables, and help manage fiat and crypto treasury holdings. You also work with accounting advisors and vendors to support accurate and compliant accounting and reporting.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of finance experience in client services, corporate finance, or both
- Experience building an operational budget, analyzing performance, and reporting budget variance
- High proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial operations, including monthly close processes
- Interest in crypto or web3 and openness to learning new tools and frameworks
- Comfort with financial technology tools such as QuickBooks, Ramp, Cryptio, or Deel
- Prior professional experience in crypto or web3
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial results and track performance against budget
