About the Role

You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing day-to-day and strategic needs to maximize product value. You will learn the product and technology, translate complex technical problems into actionable solutions, advise customers on fraud and compliance best practices, build and report KPIs, provide strategic analysis for expansion, and work with analytics and product teams to proactively address new fraud typologies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Account Management Customer Success Risk Management or Solutions Architecture within B2B SaaS
  • Experience with API integrations
  • Domain experience in compliance fintech or AML/KYC
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights from data
  • Proficiency with business intelligence tools
  • Ability to translate complex strategies into actionable processes
  • Relationship building and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong presentation skills for virtual and in-person stakeholders
  • Previous customer-facing experience with technical products
  • Project management skills and ability to balance multiple stakeholder needs
  • Continuous process improvement mindset

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customers
  • Manage accounts and maximize customer return on investment
  • Build and maintain deep understanding of product and technology
  • Translate complex product and technical issues into simple actionable solutions
  • Advise customers on fraud and compliance best practices
  • Build monitor and communicate KPIs to clients
  • Provide strategic analysis and long-term expansion planning
  • Collaborate with risk analytics data science integrations and product teams to solve fraud typologies
