About the Role
YOU will lead growth through crypto partnerships by identifying high impact collaborators and driving integrations that enhance product features and user experiences. YOU will manage a portfolio of partners, negotiate terms, and work cross functionally with product, legal and marketing to launch and scale collaborations. YOU will monitor trends across stablecoins, on chain finance, and Web3 ecosystems to identify partnership opportunities.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of proven experience in crypto, DeFi, or fintech partnerships.
- Deep understanding of stablecoins, wallets, and DeFi protocols, with a network across major ecosystems.
- Strong track record in executing product or technical integrations and managing external partnerships.
- Ability to navigate fast-paced, product-driven environments and manage complex internal and external dependencies.
- Skilled negotiator and communicator who can align technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
- Self-driven, analytical, and relentlessly execution-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with ecosystem players to accelerate user growth.
- Co-develop campaigns, loyalty programs, and incentives that align partner and growth objectives.
- Support co-branded initiatives that extend reach within crypto-native audiences.
- Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of crypto partners, ensuring long-term alignment and performance.
- Negotiate partnership terms, incentive models, and integration frameworks.
- Work cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Legal, and Marketing to launch and scale collaborations effectively.
- Identify and lead integrations with protocols, infrastructure providers, and ecosystems to enhance product features.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align integration priorities and deliver seamless user experiences.
- Track trends across stablecoins, on-chain finance, and Web3 ecosystems to identify partnership opportunities.
- Benchmark ecosystem strategies to stay ahead of emerging models and markets.
