About the Role
You will design, implement, and maintain test infrastructure and automation for a complex machine learning software stack. You will architect test frameworks, build CI/CD pipelines for simulators and hardware, create ML workloads, analyze accuracy and performance, review code and designs, mentor engineers, and improve testing strategies.
Requirements
- Production-quality software engineering experience
- Software design and architecture experience
- Strong Python proficiency
- CI/CD and automated testing experience
- Linux experience
- Familiarity with C or C++
- Ability to mentor junior engineers
- Bachelor's, Master's, PhD, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Maths, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain test infrastructure and automation
- Architect and evolve scalable test frameworks and tooling
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for simulators, emulators, and physical hardware
- Create representative ML workloads
- Analyze numerical accuracy, performance, and benchmarks
- Review code and designs
- Mentor and support junior engineers
- Evaluate testing strategies and drive improvements
