About the Role
You will own technical strategy and infrastructure architecture for developer productivity. You will build distributed infrastructure and shared libraries, evolve build environments and dependency systems, and implement language ecosystem standards and tooling. You will enable fast, reproducible builds and reliable high-volume engineering workflows.
Requirements
- Have experience with build systems, CI/CD pipelines, or developer tooling in a large monorepo
- Be proficient in Python, Rust, or Go
- Have experience with container orchestration and infrastructure at scale
- Communicate effectively and support internal partners
- Design foundational systems and work independently on ambiguous technical challenges
- Build and operate large-scale developer infrastructure
- Lead large-scale complex projects or teams as a tech lead
- Know CI orchestration tools or merge-queue management
- Build or operate remote build-execution systems
- Have experience with Nix, NixOS, Docker, image sets, or package sets
- Build CLI tools, developer-facing services, and GitHub API automation workflows
